Quietly located in the Garden City area, not far from the picturesque old town of Grado, it is located a short distance from the beach, from the spa which is equipped with seawater swimming pools, from the Congress Palace, from the tennis courts, from the Children's playground and minigolf.

The furnishings have been completely renovated in the rooms and common areas, and the spaces have been redesigned to give life to 28 cozy apartments with living room with kitchenette (refrigerator with ice compartment, microwave oven, Dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, cookware & dishes), sofa bed, double room, large balcony, private bathroom, phon, air conditioning and heating, TV sat, telephone and electronic safe.

The whole structure was also equipped with a Wi-Fi connection, free of charge to our guests, to allow everyone to be in contact with family and friends. The hotel is also equipped with a bar, lounge, TV sat room, lift, bicycles.
